Well, we are working on the sewer systems and trying to get them working properly and keep them in shape. So far we’ve installed clean outs were they needed to be installed in the North Building and our next goal is to get these risers cleaned and scoped with cameras telling us what kind of shape they are in.
Once everything is OK in the North Building we will be moving to the South Building. Don’t know if you’ve ever been made aware but there have been issues with the sewers for a number of years and we are trying to get a handle on that. This could save the condo thousands of dollars in the future and we could use those funds in other places.

When the cleanouts for the sewers are complete we will have pictures taken of the inside of each stack and have them jetted to clean them out and have a good idea of the condition of each stack. The annual clean out of these stack will then be added to the our annual maintenance program.
