Oh no, the railings out to the beach are in bad shape.
The paint is peeling and the rails are worn and broken.Surprise! This project has been tasked to M&M (our maintenance company) and they are going to repair anything that needs to be repaired, sanding/painting and replacing any broken board on the top of the rails.
This should remedy that situation and when all our winter residents’ come back it should be in good shape.
We are also trying to devise a ramp so residents can easily access the beach. There is a rather large drop off at the end of the walkway and we want to fix that so everyone can have easier access to the beach.
