To The Residents of the South Building
RL James has finally started repair of the balconies on the North Face of the South building.
This is the first of several information letters I will be composing to inform you of the progress of the work being done.
They are starting on the 2 and 4 Stacks, units:
102S 202S 302S 402S 502S 602S
104S 204S 304S 404S 504S 604S
Please be aware that the noise and vibration from the tools may get loud and disruptive, we are sorry about that, but unfortunately, we have no control over that.
The working hours for RL James is 7:30 AM to possibly 7:30 PM depending on the weather and sunlight.
According to the contractor all the work can be done without entering the unit and if they need to enter a unit, they are to report to the office first and let us know and if the need be and to accompany them into the unit.
Attached please find the first notice that they have placed on your sliding glass doors to ask you not to open your doors please comply it is very important that you do not go onto your balcony.
