- 1.) Engineering (Keystone) study for our 20 center mechanical rooms
- RE: Concrete restoration. Need Approval for $6,000.00, Overall cost for project approx. 250-300K
- 2.) Sealing of the east fence stairwells of both buildings with caulking option and paint approx. $36,000.00
- 3.) A/C Line set discussion – have a vote with owners to decide whether they want to pay for line sets or the association.
- 4.) Zoom discussion- New Florida law requires us as an association to post recordings to our website for all meetings. This has a cost to the association of $100 to $200 per meeting. *WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ZOOM OUR MEETINGS. *
- 5.) We have 19 units (8 add Ons and 11 enclosed end units) that require misc. repair work that developed during CRI restoration work. The extent of the misc. repair is not fully known. As far as we know the est. is approx. $100K
- 6.) Vote to abandon money to “other” line reserve.
- 7.) Shutter removal/replacement approx. $16K to $19K- New Florida Law
- 8.) The following projects are paused until we get passed the coming year of 2026: Atlantic room exterior painting plus the carpeting of both buildings. We need color choices from our beautification committee.
