Old Business
- Limit the spending of Board President to 20% of the annual budget
- Close Wells Fargo laundry account and transfer to Sunrise Bank
New Business
1. Replace approximately 108 Linear feet of fencing and two sets of double chain like fence along with two singe door gates as per quote submitted to TT by East Coast Fence and Guardrail (Cocoa, Fl.) ($7,300.00)
2. Rekeying, replace worn out locks and furnish and install new lock cores by secure safe and Lock (Merritt Island) ($6,509.65)
3. Go forward with the Painting and wall repairs on all floors in the South and North buildings as per a proposal by Trusteed Home Solutions and Donna Wickhard LLC. ($57,200.00): *Note have this money earmarked for this calendar year in our budget*.
4. Discussion between BOD’s and Owners to consider a much needed (mandatory for safety) concrete repair of our 20 center mechanical spaces along with new floor to condensing unit supporting steel frames ($200,000.00)
5. 2^nd discussion about carpeting the 2^nd through the 6^th floors at an approx. cost of $90,000.000. This has been brought forward by the Beautification team.
