Atlantic Avenue\nCocoa Beach\, FL 32931\nAtlantic Room\nIMPORTANT DOCUMENTS:\n\n2026 Annual Meeting Documents\nProxy Form\nVoter Member Designation Form\n\n  \n\nDecember 16\, 2025 \nDear Homeowner: \nThis letter is to serve as the First Notice of the Annual Meeting of Twin Towers Homeowners Association\, Inc. and the Election of the Board of Directors at the date\, time and place stated above.   There are several Statutes that effect your election: \n\n\n\nFive (5) Director’s terms expire with this annual meeting.\nIf co-owners were to be elected one would have to resign.\nNotice of Intent to be a Candidate Form must be signed and submitted by the candidate no less than 40 days before the election. Your notice of intent must be received by the Association no later than January 9\, 2026.\nCandidates may submit an information sheet no larger than 8.5 X 11 inches. If an information sheet is submitted it must be received by the Association no later than 35 days before the election.  Your information sheet must be received by the Association no later than 3:30 P.M. on January 15\, 2026.  A copy of the information sheet will be included with the 2nd election mailing.\nAttention Candidates: BE AWARE\, the new Florida statute requires all new members of a board to complete a 6-hour educational course within 90 days of being elected to the board.\n\n\n\n  \nReturn your signed forms to the office or via email at twintowersmanager@gmail.com or via mail at: \nTwin Towers Homeowners Association\, Inc.\n2020 N.
