
TO: All unit owners on the North Side of The South building.
During a recent visit by the contractor RL James and Keystone Engineering it was noted that the following items are required to be done before work can start on the units.

- I will be addressing each unit that requires special attention and those units that will need to have items removed such as sliding glass doors, enclosures etc. These will be handled on an individual owner basis.
- All shutters must be removed from each unit; this includes accordion and electric type whether they are mounted on the inside or outside of your unit.
- All floor coverings on the patio decks must be removed, this includes tile, carpet or planking whatever you have on your floor.
- All curtains, curtain rods and blinds must be removed from inside the unit.
- All furniture must be removed from the patio.
These items are responsibility of the owner to care of and if you are not able to get this done yourself, we can provide a vendors list for you.
The work is to be started during the first week in September and these items must be taken care before then.
