As you know we are having the balconies repaired on the North Side of the South Building
This should start sometime between Apr.- Jun. 2025.
We have had several owners approach us with balcony issues in other areas of the complex, such as broken rails, cracks on walls and floors, etc.
We would like to possibly resolve these issues while the contractor is here on site rather than waiting to get these taken care of when our balconies are scheduled to be done in the maintenance plan.
If you have any issues such as cracked railings, walls, floors, etc., please let us know by writing by 15 February 2025.
The engineer will be given a copy of the complied list and he can schedule a representative to come and look at each unit.
