The packet for the 2026 Annual Meeting will be available for distribution on 29 January 2026. You may sign for it at the office starting on that date or it will be mailed to you at the address we have on file. If you are here, it would save us a little bit of postage cost, if you pick it up in the office during business hours. The packet will be available until 3 February 2026. After that date we have to mail them to meet the 14 -day deadline. These documents will also be available on the website.
Keep in mind that you can not send back your ballot via email. IT MUST BE HANDED IN OR MAILED back in the brown envelope. Your proxy and designated voter selection can be emailed to: Twintowersmanager@gmail.com
