Thank you to the person who suggested making the dumpster area a common door lock.
The new lock has been placed on the dumpster gate. Everyone now has access to the dumpster.
Please keep in mind only your large trash items that do not fit in the blue trash containers or in the trash chute can go into the dumpster. No Furniture, mattresses or contractor items can go into the dumpster or the dumpster area. These items must be taken care of by the resident who needs that service.
