Thank you for visiting the Twin Towers HOA website! Our goal is to provide relevant information to our homeowners in a manner which is easy to locate. It is our belief that the most satisfied homeowners are the ones that have taken the time to understand the community in which they reside. Please review the Rules and Regulations of the property and visit the office for any assistance.
We are proud of the community we have developed here at Twin Towers! We hold many community events such as Card Night, Bingo, holiday socials and other activities as posted on our bulletin board. As our events change seasonally, be sure to check the posted monthly calendar!
The Association’s Men and Women’s Clubs are always looking for new members. Please consider getting involved and meet the wonderful people that represent our Association.

Due to the passing of SB-4D and the upcoming required Milestone Inspections, the Board of Directors and Management are working diligently to preemptively get started on estimates and contracts for estimated repairs throughout the community.
Balcony restoration is slated to begin in early July. The contract for CRI and the Osborne Engineering can be found under “CONTRACTS & FINANCE”.
Additional projects include:
- Carport Concrete Repair
- Garbage/Dumpster Fence
- A/C room repairs – including electric
- Parking Lot Repaving
- Pool Resurfacing
- Roof Repair
As the Milestone Inspections take place, more projects may be added to this list. The Association will schedule meetings to discuss updates on each inspection and project additions.

New and Exciting
After several months we are now looking toward the future! Many things are happening, as seen (if you are here) we’ve redone all the broken sidewalks at the east end of the complex. It really looks good and should last a long time. It was replaced with concrete that is 4-6 inches thick and should hold up much better. The parking lot canopy was inspected by Osborne Engineering and any

Many residents like to play pickle ball, it seems that the net has issues. I’ve taken the liberty to find someone who can drill the concrete and place a sleeve in the concrete that would stabilize the net but also be able to be removed in the case of a storm. We’ll have to see how that pans out, but it is in the works. We’ve changed our pool cleaning
Wondering why there are cones and holes in the floor on the first floor?
Well, we are working on the sewer systems and trying to get them working properly and keep them in shape. So far we’ve installed clean outs were they needed to be installed in the North Building and our next goal is to get these risers cleaned and scoped with cameras telling us what kind of shape they are in.
