Thank you for visiting the Twin Towers HOA website! Our goal is to provide relevant information to our homeowners in a manner which is easy to locate. It is our belief that the most satisfied homeowners are the ones that have taken the time to understand the community in which they reside. Please review the Rules and Regulations of the property and visit the office for any assistance.
We are proud of the community we have developed here at Twin Towers! We hold many community events such as Card Night, Bingo, holiday socials and other activities as posted on our bulletin board. As our events change seasonally, be sure to check the posted monthly calendar!
The Association’s Men and Women’s Clubs are always looking for new members. Please consider getting involved and meet the wonderful people that represent our Association.

Date: Jan. 30, 2025 As you know we are having the balconies repaired on the North Side of the South Building This should start sometime between Apr.- Jun. 2025. We have had several owners approach us with balcony issues in other areas of the complex, such as broken rails, cracks on walls and floors, etc. We would like to possibly resolve these issues while the contractor is here on site
Parking Canopy Update 1/29/25
To All Residents, The parking canopy is going great. The Next areas are “B & C” parking lots. If you park your vehicle in the “B & C” areas of the parking lots. Your vehicle will have to be moved until completion. If you want to park at the Hilton Garden Inn until completion. Please provide the make, model and license plate number to the office. So, we may relay
Notice: Plumbing Work 1/28/25
ATTENTION RESIDENTS Starting 28 January 2025 approx. 9am., Cocoa Beach Plumbing will be doing sewer work in both towers. PLEASE DON’T BE ALARMED You do not have to shut off your water for the sewer work to be completed. Thank you for your cooperation. The Management
