Sewer Replacements 2025

ATTENTION RESIDENTS

Here we go again, there is another change of plans for the sewer lines. After much discussion with the plumbing company and members of the board it has been decided to just replace the lines that have not been replaced in the recent past. With that said, it requires that the water to these units be shut off and owners do not use the water in their units.

The water turn off will only effect those units on the day the work is being done no other units will be effected on those dates.

The preliminary dates for the work is starting on 24 Feb 2025 and continuing to 21 March 2025.

The work will be started in the North building, starting with units in the 01-02-03-04 stacks. The work will start on 24 Feb 25 and the water will be shut off in those units from 7:30 AM to 6PM.

We ask that you prepare for this inconvenience and please don’t use water in your unit.

The 05-06-07-08 unit numbered stacks will be started on 25 Feb 2025. Please plan accordingly.

The 09-10-11-12 stacks will be started 26 Feb 2025.

The 14-15-16-17 unit numbered stacks will be starting on 27 Feb 2025.

Again, please remember that the water will be turned off from 7:30AM-6PM on the day the work is being done in these units. This same procedure will be used in the south building when that time comes. We will keep you updated.
