On behalf of all five members of the 2026 Twin Towers Homeowners Association Board, thank you for your vote of confidence and for allowing us the opportunity to serve this community. We are committed to working together to make Twin Towers home for every owner.

                This year brings important responsibilities and challenges. Our highest priority is completing the concrete restoration project while also evaluating opportunities to improve efficiency in all area’s association operations.

                At our organizational meeting, held in accordance with our condominium documents, the following officers were elected for 2026.

  • Lane Ramsfield – President
  • Don Nanny – Vice President
  • Tony Jorge- Treasurer
  • Tim Bleasdale – Secretary
  • Kevin Mills – Director at Large

Each Board member will serve as the primary point of contact for specific areas of responsibility:

Lane Ramsfield will support all board functions and will also evaluate professional service providers to ensure the association is represented by the most qualified experts.

  • Don Nanny – will be taking over Robert Kramers role as, CAM for our association. Don is a state certified Association Manager, which he received his certification in 2025 through the state of Florida. He will over see day to day operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory and management requirements.
  • Tony Jorge – will continue to serve as our associations Treasurer.  He will continue to align our financial practices with small business standards. His focus this year is to maintain financial efficiency and continue to provide clear, regular reporting on operations. This would include reserves and assessment funds.
  • Tim Bleasdale – As a contractor, he brings extensive knowledge and understanding of engineering principles, construction practices, and contract administration. He will work closely with our structural engineer, construction team, and unit owners to ensure the restoration work is completed to a high standard of quality and without unnecessary cost overruns.
  • Kevin Mills – will lead a comprehensive procurement effort for all major service contracts, including landscaping, irrigation, elevator maintenance, fire systems, generator service, pool maintenance and other vendors. He will ensure competitive pricing and qualified contractors, He will be forming a Contract Committee to help him with this initiative.

On another note, Tammy Martinez, will be staying with us and continue her every day administrative tasks. Such as organize and maintain the filing system for our documents. Schedule and coordinate Board meetings. Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Prepare and distribute reports. Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder.

This Board remains committed to maintaining an on-site manager. As Robert Kramer has now retired, and with Don Nanny being a resident here at Twin Towers, he brings the everyday knowledge and firsthand insight needed to oversee operations effectively. He possesses the management skills necessary to ensure that daily operations continue to run smoothly.
