Starting April 1, 2026. The office is now accepting Credit Cards at a 4% fee for your HOA monthly fees.
Please be aware that if you choose this form of payment it is your monthly fee PLUS 4%.
For example : $600.00 PLUS $24, your total payment would be $624.00.
We are unable to waive this fee. This is a service fee through the bank.
