Attached please find an application for AC Line Reimbursement.
The board of directors at Twin Towers Homeowners Association (“TTHOA”) will evaluate each application on a case-by-case basis.
Applications for reimbursement will not be considered by the Association unless they are complete and contain the necessary information outlined on the attached form.
The TTHOA will notify you in 10 days if it deems the application to be complete.
Acceptance of this application by TTHOA in no way implies that reimbursement in whole or in part, will be made to the unit owner.
TTHOA will notify you within 30 days as to its determination.
